User Agreement / Public Offer of the DSharff service

This document is the user agreement and public offer of the DSharff service, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” or “Offer”.
The Agreement governs the use of the DSharff website, Telegram bot https://t.me/dsharffbot, digital subscriptions, access keys, technical infrastructure and related functions.
Definitions
Operator, Service, We — the owner and administrator of the DSharff service.
User, You — an individual using the website, Telegram bot or paying for access to the service.
Bot — the DSharff Telegram bot: https://t.me/dsharffbot.
Services — providing digital access to a private network connectivity service, subscription management, device management, access period control and related information through the Telegram bot.
Subscription — a paid or trial access period.
Access key / subscription link — a unique technical configuration issued to the User for connection through a supported client application.
Plan — the access period selected by the User and the corresponding price.
Acceptance
The Offer is accepted when the User performs any of the following actions:
- pays for any plan;
- activates a trial period;
- receives an access key;
- uses the Telegram bot;
- imports the subscription link into a client application;
- actually uses the service.
From the moment of acceptance, the User is considered to have read and fully accepted this Agreement.
Data processing is governed by the separate Privacy Policy. Acceptable and prohibited use scenarios are additionally described in the Terms of Use.
1. General provisions
1.1. DSharff provides digital access to technical infrastructure for private network connectivity.
1.2. Access, plans, subscription periods, devices and support are managed through the Telegram bot.
1.3. The service is not intended for unlawful activity, network attacks, abuse, illegal content distribution or misuse of network infrastructure.
1.4. The User is solely responsible for the purposes and methods of using the service.
1.5. By using the service, the User confirms that they act lawfully and comply with the laws of the country where they are located and/or use the service.
2. Plans and prices
2.1. Current plans are published on the DSharff website and/or in the Telegram bot.
2.2. Available access periods may include 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.
2.3. Prices may be displayed in Russian rubles, Telegram Stars, bank payment currency or another supported currency depending on the selected payment method and website interface.
2.4. The Operator may change prices unilaterally. Price changes do not affect an already paid access period.
2.5. The price is fixed at the time of payment.
3. Payment methods
3.1. Payment may be made through available payment methods, including Telegram Stars, SBP, bank payment and other methods if they are added to the Telegram bot or website.
3.2. The specific list of available payment methods may depend on technical readiness of payment integrations.
3.3. The Operator does not store bank card data. Payment data is processed by payment providers and partners.
3.4. The User’s payment obligation is considered fulfilled after payment confirmation by the payment service.
3.5. After successful payment, the Telegram bot activates or renews the User’s subscription.
4. Trial period
4.1. The service may provide a 7-day trial period.
4.2. The trial period is available only once per User.
4.3. The Operator may refuse repeated trial activation in case of abuse, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, automation or attempts to bypass this restriction.
4.4. After the trial period ends, access may be limited until a paid plan is selected.
5. Service provision
5.1. After payment or trial activation, the User receives access through the Telegram bot.
5.2. The bot may provide the subscription link, technical connection data, access period, device list, installation instructions and subscription management buttons.
5.3. To use the service, the User installs a supported client application and imports the subscription link.
5.4. The Operator does not guarantee functionality of every third-party client app, operating system, network, provider or device.
5.5. Access is provided within the paid period and applicable technical limits.
6. Device limit
6.1. The subscription is intended for a limited number of devices.
6.2. The base limit is up to 4 devices per subscription unless otherwise stated in the plan or Telegram bot interface.
6.3. A device may be counted automatically on first use or when registered through the technical interface.
6.4. Device management may be available through the Telegram bot.
6.5. Sharing, reselling, renting access keys or commercial collective use of a single subscription is prohibited.
6.6. If limits are violated or abuse is suspected, the Operator may restrict, suspend or block access without compensation.
7. Referral program
7.1. A referral program may operate within the service.
7.2. The User may receive an individual referral link in the Telegram bot.
7.3. The User may receive 50% of the invited user’s top-up to the referral balance.
7.4. Referral balance may be used for renewal if it is sufficient for the selected period.
7.5. The Operator may cancel referral rewards in case of self-referrals, fake accounts, automated registrations, bonus abuse or technical manipulation of statistics.
7.6. Referral balance is not a monetary obligation of the Operator and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties unless explicitly stated in the Telegram bot.
8. Refunds
8.1. The User may contact support through the Telegram bot regarding a refund.
8.2. A refund may be considered if the service does not work for technical reasons and the issue cannot be resolved through support.
8.3. Before a refund, the Operator may offer technical assistance, configuration checks, subscription refresh, server change or another way to restore access.
8.4. A refund may be unavailable if the User violated the Agreement, shared the access key, used a significant part of the paid period, was blocked for abuse, or if the payment provider does not support refund by the selected method.
8.5. Payment provider or intermediary commissions may be deducted.
9. Prohibited actions
The User is prohibited from using the service for malware distribution, spam, phishing, fraud, DDoS attacks, network attacks, port scanning, brute force, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, illegal content distribution, automated mass traffic, resale or rental of access, referral fraud, constant high-load torrent seeding, attempts to bypass device limits or other fair use restrictions.
10. Access limitation and termination
10.1. The Operator may limit or terminate access if the User violates the Agreement.
10.2. Access may be limited without prior notice in case of network abuse, suspected illegal use, technical limit violations, resale attempts, referral manipulation, infrastructure stability risks or complaints from providers, data centers, payment systems or third parties.
10.3. In case of blocking for violation of the rules, no refund is provided.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1. The service is provided “as is”, with reasonable efforts to ensure stable operation.
11.2. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 operation.
11.3. Temporary limitations, interruptions or quality degradation may occur due to provider failures, data center incidents, network restrictions, technical maintenance, route overload, User device issues, third-party app limitations, public authority actions, traffic filtering or blocking.
11.4. Connection speed is variable and depends on region, provider, route, server load, network quality, User device and settings.
11.5. The Operator may introduce fair use policy, load limits, traffic restrictions, bans on certain activity types and other measures to protect service stability.
12. Subscription renewal
12.1. Renewal is performed through the Telegram bot.
12.2. If auto-renewal is not implemented, funds are not charged automatically.
12.3. The User selects a new access period and confirms payment manually.
12.4. If referral balance is sufficient, the User may renew access using referral funds if the corresponding button is available in the bot.
13. Personal data and technical information
13.1. The Operator processes the minimum data necessary for service operation.
13.2. Processed data may include Telegram ID, Telegram username if available, subscription token, subscription period, payment status, selected plan, payment provider, referral balance, device data, device ID, device name, platform, first seen date, last activity date, technical endpoint, basic diagnostics, connection status, latency and support requests.
13.3. The Operator does not store bank card data.
13.4. The Operator does not aim to store browsing history, contents of user traffic, messages, files or other data transmitted through the network connection.
13.5. Technical diagnostic data may be used for activation, subscription control, device limit control, troubleshooting, abuse protection, support and infrastructure stability analysis.
14. Access key confidentiality
14.1. The access key and subscription link are individual.
14.2. The User must not share the access key with third parties.
14.3. The User is responsible for consequences of sharing the key.
14.4. If the key is compromised, the Operator may restrict access, reissue the link or block the subscription.
15. Changes
15.1. The Operator may change this Agreement unilaterally.
15.2. The current version is published on the DSharff website and/or in the Telegram bot.
15.3. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new version.

17. Final provisions
17.1. This Agreement takes effect from the moment of acceptance by the User.
17.2. If any provision is found invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
17.3. The User confirms that before payment or activation they have read, understood and fully accepted this Agreement.
