DSharff Terms of Use

These Terms of Use define acceptable and prohibited use of DSharff. Payment, refunds, subscription and liability terms are governed by the User Agreement. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Service purpose

DSharff is intended for personal use, private network connectivity and access management through the Telegram bot. The User must use the service lawfully and is solely responsible for the purposes of use.

2. Prohibited actions

The User must not use DSharff for:

  • malware distribution;
  • spam, phishing, fraud or social engineering;
  • DDoS attacks, network attacks, port scanning, brute force or hacking;
  • unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
  • copyright infringement or distribution of illegal content;
  • automated mass traffic unrelated to personal use;
  • constant high load on infrastructure;
  • 24/7 torrent seeding or other excessive load scenarios;
  • bypassing device limits, load limits or fair use restrictions;
  • referral program abuse or artificial bonus manipulation.

3. Access keys and devices

Access keys and subscription links are individual. Sharing, publishing, reselling, renting or using keys for collective commercial access is prohibited. The base subscription limit is up to 4 devices unless otherwise stated in the Telegram bot or plan.

4. Fair Use Policy

The User must use the service reasonably and without excessive load on servers or network infrastructure. DSharff may apply traffic, load, device, activity type and connection frequency limits to protect stability.

5. Referral program

Self-referrals, fake accounts, automated registrations, artificial top-ups and any manipulation of bonuses are prohibited. DSharff may cancel rewards, restrict referral balance usage or block access in case of abuse.

6. Consequences of violations

If these rules are violated, DSharff may temporarily restrict access, disable an access key or device, cancel referral rewards, block the subscription or refuse refunds when blocking is caused by violation of the rules.
