DSharff Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data the DSharff service may process, why it is used and how the User may contact support regarding data processing.
Purchase, payment, refund and access terms are governed by the User Agreement. Acceptable use rules are available on the Terms of Use page.
1. General provisions
1.1. DSharff processes the minimum amount of data necessary for service operation, payment handling, access delivery, device management, support and abuse prevention.
1.2. By using the website, Telegram bot, trial period, paid subscription or access link, the User agrees to this Policy.
2. Data we may process
- Telegram ID;
- Telegram username, if available;
- selected plan and subscription period;
- payment status, payment provider and technical payment identifier;
- referral link, referral balance and invited users count;
- subscription token and technical access link;
- device ID, device name and platform;
- first device registration date and last activity date;
- technical endpoint, connection status, latency and basic diagnostics;
- support requests and messages.
3. Data we do not aim to collect
3.1. DSharff does not aim to store browsing history, contents of user traffic, messages, files, passwords or other data transmitted through the network connection.
3.2. DSharff does not store bank card data. Such data is processed by payment providers, banks or payment partners.
4. Purposes of processing
Data may be used for registration in the Telegram bot, trial activation, payment accounting, subscription delivery and renewal, device limit control, device management, referral program operation, support, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and infrastructure stability analysis.
5. Payment data
Payments may be processed through Telegram Stars, SBP, bank payment or other methods added to the service interface. DSharff may receive technical payment confirmation, amount, status and transaction identifier, but does not store bank card data.
6. Device data
To enforce device limits, DSharff may process device ID, device name, platform, first seen date and last activity date. These data are used for device listing, device limit enforcement and abuse prevention.
7. Referral program
DSharff may process referral links, invited users count, referral rewards and referral balance to calculate bonuses and allow renewals using referral balance.
8. Retention
Subscription and payment data may be stored as long as necessary for payment accounting, access recovery, support and abuse prevention. Technical diagnostics may be retained for a limited period necessary for troubleshooting and stability analysis.
9. Sharing with third parties
Data may be available to payment providers, hosting providers, infrastructure providers and technical contractors only to the extent necessary for service operation. DSharff does not sell User data.
10. Security
DSharff applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, modification, deletion, loss and abuse.
11. User requests
The User may contact support to request clarification, restriction or deletion of data where technically possible and not conflicting with payment accounting, security and abuse prevention requirements.
12. Changes
DSharff may update this Policy when the product, infrastructure, payment methods or legal requirements change. The current version is published on the DSharff website.
